The following are trips sponsored by area recreation departments, senior organizations, etc.

  • March 20: The Windham/Tolland Retired Teachers Assn. sponsors a trip to Radio City Music Hall for the 2 p.m. performance of the farewell performance of Riverdance. Departure at 9 a.m. Lunch on your own. Reservation deadline: Feb. 20. Price: $102. Reservations: 456-2376 or 423-2397.
  • March 27: Columbia Senior Organization sponsors a trip to the Boston Flower and Garden Show. Departure at 8 a.m. Price: $59. Reservations: 228-0759.
  • April 9-11: Columbia Senior Organization sponsors a trip to Washington D.C. during the cherry blossom season. Two-nights at Hilton Hotel, Gaithersburg. Sites, more. Price: $369 each double, $469 single. Reservation and info: 228-0759. 
  • Sept. 16-25, 2010 : Lebanon Jr/Srs sponsors a trip to Germany, Austria and Bavaria. Includes Oberammergau's Passion Play. Information: 423-7659.
